Agreement between User and www.snillc.com

The www.snillc.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by SN INTERNATIONAL LLC ("SN International LLC/Distribution"). www.snillc.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Shipping and Delivery

Buyers are fully responsible for all charges unless they are stated in the agreement. SN International LLC is not responsible for delays beyond its control. Buyers are responsible for obtaining additional insurance for their shipments. Merchandise damaged during transit is also not the responsibility of SN International LLC. SN International LLC guarantees that the merchandise will be delivered in a reasonable amount of time to the specified destination.

Privacy

Your use of www.snillc.com is subject to SN International LLC/Distribution's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications

Subscription Fee and Policy

To ensure the best service, SN International LLC has implemented an annual Membership fee of $49. This fee provides you with access to our extensive range of over 25,000 SKUs, dedicated customer service, exclusive discounts, seasonal deals, and more. This subscription is non-refundable. Once you complete your application through the application link on our website,https://snillc.com/pages/login, we will send you an invoice. After payment, you will be included in our system and become a member of the SN International LLC family.

This Yearly Membership Fee apply date is October 21, 2024.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

At SN International LLC, we want to ensure your experience is smooth and transparent. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy and understand how we handle returns and cancellations.

• Notification of Incorrect Information: If you notice any inaccuracies in the information provided during the selling process within 5 business days of receiving your order, please notify SN International LLC promptly. We strive to ensure that your order is accurate and will address any discrepancies quickly.
• Refund Policy Activation: Our refund policy will automatically become effective if we have not received prepaid box labels within 10 business days after the dimension email sent from order@snillc.com. This policy ensures you have the necessary resources to return your order smoothly.
• Cancellations and Restocking: If you choose to cancel an order before it leaves our warehouse, we offer the option to do so. Please note that cancellations made after the sale has been completed and funds have been received will incur a 20% restocking fee and a $75 cancellation fee.
• Confiscation Policy: Effective communication is essential. If we do not receive a response from you or if you fail to respond to our email within 30 days, our confiscation policy will apply. In such cases, products will be considered the property of SN International LLC.
• Amazon Warehouse Shipments: Once goods have been sent to an Amazon warehouse, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns. Please ensure your choices are final before this stage.
• Responsibility for Restricted Items: Certain items may be prohibited from being sent to FBA or sold on Amazon. Before purchase, buyers are responsible for confirming their eligibility to sell specific items on Amazon or other marketplaces.
• Verification of SKUs and ASINs: Please double-check your purchase orders (POs) for accurate SKUs and ASINs to ensure alignment with our return policy.
• Warehouse Storage Duration: Our warranty does not cover items waiting in our warehouses for more than 30 days. It is the buyer’s responsibility to stay informed about account details. Items left unattended beyond the specified duration will be disposed of without a refund.

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by SN International LLC/Distribution from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

Service Description

SN International LLC is a wholesaler and distributor of various brands' merchandise. Unless otherwise stated, SN International LLC is not an authorized distributor of a specific brand. We send orders and packages to the Amazon warehouse in a reasonable time. SN International LLC reserves the right to cancel any customer order for any reason.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SN International LLC/Distribution, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to your use of or inability to use the Site or services.

Arbitration

In the event the parties cannot resolve any dispute between them, such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
