Confiscation Policy
At SN International LLC, effective communication and timely responses are essential to ensure smooth transactions. To protect our interests and maintain operational efficiency, we have established a strict confiscation policy. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Confiscation of Unresponsive Orders:
If we do not receive a response from you or if you fail to respond to our email within 30 days, our confiscation policy will be enforced without exception. In such cases, products will be considered the property of SN International LLC, and you will forfeit any claim to the items or their value.
2. Warehouse Storage Duration:
Items stored in our warehouses for more than 30 days without payment or proper communication will not be covered by our warranty and will be subject to confiscation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to stay informed about account details, including inventory restrictions, hazmat requirements, ungated areas, and more. Items left unattended beyond the specified duration will be disposed of without any refund or compensation.
3. Communication Obligations:
To prevent confiscation, ensure timely communication with SN International LLC. All correspondence should be directed to order@snillc.com. Failure to adhere to this communication protocol may result in immediate enforcement of the confiscation policy.
